My experience with Michael Harris has been beyond exceptional. He has just sold my house (in 3 weeks) under the extreme conditions of COVID-19 where he seamlessly managed the daily evolving real estate restrictions to show my house safely and achieve the financial outcome I was looking for. Prior to the campaign and COVID – 19, I met with his team at my house to ascertain from them what repairs and alterations were required to give the property the best opportunity for a good sale. They organised and supervised all the services, and tradespeople that resulted in the house looking amazing and me feeling that I was on the receiving end of something quite extraordinary with their (Raine and Horne) service provision. We also discussed what the campaign would look like and associated costs which were all supplied to me electronically. The first open for inspection was the weekend prior to the escalation of COVID-19 and as Michael said “it went exactly as I expected”, with 20 interested families attending. In my mind it all went downhill immediately after that but not in Michael's. He consistently reassured me, adapted his practice to meet the changing needs of the new environment, kept potential buyers safe and never once considered the possibility of not continuing with the campaign. He said, “there is always a buyer, it’s my job to find them and show them your house”. The house sold for the price I wanted. Michael has demonstrated to me through this process his great ability to adapt (quickly) so that he can continue to meet the need of connecting sellers and buyers at properties to achieve best outcomes for both parties. His communication is flawless, his knowledge of the market immense and his skills tried and true. His style is genuine, his approach individualised and he achieves great outcomes with people. He has surrounded himself with a fantastic, diligent and caring team that emulate his commitment to positive real estate outcomes.
