We went into this sale before the outbreak of COVID-19 had become serious, and yet, even though the auction date came at the end of the worst week on the market for 12 years, Michael delivered a price even better than his original highest projection. Amazing! Michael was serious in his efforts to get the most out of all contract-takers, and kept me regularly informed about all fluctuations in their interest and ability to bid. His team arranged for some first-rate painting, cleaning, and tiling to get the property ready for market, and this made a big difference to the price. Throughout the whole process, I was fully apprised of the shifting circumstances, and always felt in safe hands. Always nerve-racking at the end, but I couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.
