Michael was very professional in his dealings and communication with us. His assistant Melissa was fantastic with coordinating the works that were needed to prepare the house for sale. The result of the works were amazing as well as cost effective. Melissa was very quick to get back to us if we had any queries along the way. Michael was excellent with his reporting and feedback after every inspection. There was no pressure when it came to decide on a reserve price.
