I have always been very wary of real estate agents, and was concerned about who I would choose to sell my property. I am so glad I chose Michael Harris for the sale. From day one, Michael and his team were honest, easily contactable, and incredibly hardworking. Even though I was selling a small apartment, it was clear that Michael really valued my business, and worked incredibly hard to get me a good sale. I was always kept up to speed with property reports, and received regular emails and calls from Michael and his EA, Melissa. The level of communication from the team was outstanding. Michael’s negotiation skills are exemplary, and resulted in a sale which exceeded my expectations. Both Michael and Matthew, who assisted in the sale, were professional at the open house each week, and familiarised themselves really well with the apartment and the suburb.
