I interviewed a couple of agents as I am a Vendors Advocate - my job is to help sellers choose the agent when they are selling and then I project manage the sale to make sure everything is on track. Most sellers only sell once or twice in a lifetime and I provide that added support and independent knowledge. I chose Michael because he cares about each of his properties, you deal with him and not a junior assistant. He calls after every open, gets on well with buyers and has great local market knowledge.

Michael was very professional in his dealings and communication with us. His assistant Melissa was fantastic with coordinating the works that were needed to prepare the house for sale. The result of the works were amazing as well as cost effective. Melissa was very quick to get back to us if we had any queries along the way. Michael was excellent with his reporting and feedback after every inspection. There was no pressure when it came to decide on a reserve price. All in all we very happy with the service and attention given to us. And of course happy with the outcome of the sale in a tough market.

Highly recommended; if I could give six stars I would! The entire sales process could not have gone better from start to finish. I 'auditioned' several Newtown agents before choosing Michael and the team at Raine & Horne. From the outset, I was impressed with their professionalism, honesty and attention to detail. They developed a beautiful marketing campaign, perfectly managed the 'open house' phase and capped this off with excellent negotiation skills. This ensured that, despite a depressed market, I got a fantastic result prior to auction. Michael's commission percentage was a little higher than other agents I spoke to, but I am so pleased I chose them. In a challenging market an agent earns their commission! I cannot imagine how any other agent could do a better job than the team at Raine & Horne.
