Michael and his team walked me through the entire process; from arranging trades and staging services to get my property ready for sale, through to making me feel comfortable and confident with the market, auction and settlement process. Michael kept a perfect level of communication; and the entire team were friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I couldn't have wished for a more seamless process - and I got a fantastic result!

Since the beginning of our dealings with both Duncan and the other staff members with whom he works, I have been thoroughly impressed with the professional skills and behaviour. At all times with the ongoing information provided by Duncan to both my sister and myself, I had full confidence that every aspect of the real estate market had been addressed. I would recommend Duncan and his team to other parties needing real estate information. Well done people! It has been a pleasure working with such excellent staff who possess a work ethic of the highest calibre. Thank you once again. Warm Regards Bron Lawrance

We sold our unit at Erskineville through Duncan. Throughout the whole process we were extremely happy with Duncan’s professionalism and communication. He always kept us up to date and let us know what was happening and where we were at. I would thoroughly recommend Duncan and his team to anyone selling a property that wants a down to earth, extremely knowledgeable sales agent.

During the whole process, I have only met Michael twice. He was quite pleasant overall. I was mainly in contact with Matthew throughout. I would say the whole process was not as pushy and annoying as some other agents. However there were times that I thought they pushed too much. Comparing with some agents I have dealt with in the past. I would recommend their service.

Duncan's service was above and beyond my expectations! He was able to provide much broader services (referral to home styling and conveyancing) and made my experience of selling very smooth and efficient given I was time poor. Duncan was thorough in approach and took the time to communicate regularly with me and prospect buyers. He also showed a lot of care and empathy throughout the process. I would highly recommend him.

Duncan was the agent for our purchase of this property. He and the Raine & Horne team were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, and we would be very happy to work with them again in future.

Duncan Gordon managed the sale of our 3 bedroom Glebe home in 2018. The media were reporting a real estate climate of doom and gloom with dropping housing prices in Sydney. Given this situation, we were very pleased with the marketing and sales campaign and the result. Duncan and his team took care of all aspects of the promotion, from preparing and staging the home, photography, online video, and advertising via targetted Facebook posts, Domain and Real Estate.com and also the local Chinese newspaper. We received regular written and verbal reports on the status of the campaign. Of course, the proof of the pudding is in the eating and we received well above our expectations on auction day.
