Sam Bruton has two great passions: real estate and surfing. Sam was born and raised on the Northern Beaches into a family entrenched in the property industry. Real estate was a topic of conversation at the dinner table on many occasions. But, when Sam left school, it was his passion in surfing that he pursued. Sam began his career for a leading brand within the surf industry, working his way from the warehouse through to the marketing department before having the opportunity to travel the world in a global marketing role. Sam completed a Bachelor of Business with an advanced diploma in Marketing and Advertising and purchased his first property in Newport at the age of 24. Helpful, friendly, professional and a nice bloke!

Sam led the sale of our property at a tough time of year, in the run up to Christmas and then in early January. He and the team worked hard to generate interest, put max time into open houses with good follow-up to encourage second viewings. His approach is thoughtful and he is open to discussing options and opportunities throughout the process including explaining why he recommends a particular approach. His experience is obvious in the way he works and that gives confidence that you will get a good outcome - a sold sign!!

Dynamic and fairly accurate

Ben is full of energy and his experience gave me great confidence. As it happened he was right about the market value of our property and with the support of his colleagues, we managed to sell in record time. Professional and most importantly honest and ethical.

From the moment I first spoke to Ben I was pleasantly surprised to find a knowledgeable, ethical and most importantly honest individual.
