We engaged Gary and his team through a tender process that we put together to engage an Agent to sell an investment property in an area not familiar to us. As we lived in Morningside and the property in Richlands we were not that familiar with the real estate market in that part of Brisbane. Gary was selected from 14 Real Estate Agencies who submitted an outline of their business approach and experience in selling the type of property (unit in a complex). This included fees and charges we would incur as a seller. We were supplied with brief that detailed their marketing strategy, experience and cost structure. Gary was the only agent who provided an information package covering all the required details. Gary's communication with us during the pre-release of the property to the market was fantastic. He kept us across everything. With Gary's market knowledge and promotion of the property it resulted in the property being sold at the first Exhibition and at a price higher that we expected. Once sold he stayed in touch regularly about the negotiations and processes. I must also commend Gary's team who were also available to assist if Gary was off making another buyer and/or seller happy. At the completion of the sale and settlement of the property we were very satisfied with the service we received as was our Solicitor handling our part of the sale. If we were to purchase or anyone asked us to recommend a Real Estate Agent to purchase or sell a property in or around the Richlands area, we would definitely recommend they give Gary a call to discuss their needs.
