I have been struggling to buy a house for a while on this strong seller's market and Covid pandemic. I met many agents and felt that most agents are standing on sellers side as trying to sell the highest price. I understand that. However, Gary is standing at middle between seller and buyer side to manage smooth settlement. He always does prompt action and reply to my request. I was very happy with his professionalism.

Gary was very attentive and helped support us throughout the whole purchase period but has also been very helpful with the niggly little requests post purchase, as recent as today... "Gary can you please ask the previous owners what colour the outdoor trims are, is it Ironstone or Momentum?". He's friendly, diligent, responsive and four months later, still happily supporting us on minor requests or questions, always remaining approachable!

Gary was very friendly to us during the process and even went out of his way to visit us when we were a long distance from him to deliver paper work to start the process as soon as possible.
