Jamie Wilmen Delivers I have now bought and sold through Jamie. Both transactions were seamless. He produces results with a minimum of fuss yet provides the utmost energy and enthusiasm with everything he does. He provided me with regular buyer feedback and his recommendations throughout the process culminated a wonderful result in a very timely manner - just what I needed. If you want results, Jamie Wilmen is the “go to” agent on the Tweed Coast.

We had a very good experience working with Jamie and Jesse. All our questions were answered and nothing was a problem. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is needing an agent.

Jamie was Brilliant for us. We had 4 local agents come in to appraise & advise us on what our Aunts property was worth. Jamie was the last agent to come in & all were treated the same with no knowledge of what the others offered to do for us. All offered the same rates & advertising costs & whilst Jamie’s end commission was higher he also obtained a far higher price for us so.... Win - Win Jamie came in $200k more than any other agent, so we checked his results & the others on Realeastate.com & was blown away by his results. Selling 3 times more properties than his nearest competitor by himself!!! This gave us the confidence to go with him. Jamie was extremely confident in achieving his prediction which 2 weeks later he achieved, much to the disdain of his competitors.. We had numerous disturbing phone calls from his competitors trying to discredit him & put serious doubt in our minds, but we stuck by our decision & we are glad we did. To say Jamie Wilmen is the “King of Pottsville” realestate is an understatement. We would & will recommend to Jamie anyone selling their property in the Tweed Shire without hesitation. I will also say to prospective sellers don’t waste your time with the others, just go straight to Jamie. Thanks again Jamie. Graham & Merryl Hardy

I was the purchaser of a property and while Jamie negotiated the top dollar for the seller as was his job I found him approachable on all matters and diligent in his follow up.
