I have been fortunate to buy and sell through JAMIE three times in the past five years and I think that speaks for itself of his commitment to finding the perfect purchase. All of the staff are as committed as JAMIE and you cannot fault any dealings you have with them. I am more than happy with my sales when JAMIE has found me the perfect purchaser. I wish him all the best for 2018.

I have engaged Jamie Wilman on two property sales and a purchase. Jamie is both honest and well informed on all property aspects. Working with Jamie on a purchase and a sale was a pleasure, all matters were stress free as he takes care of every detail while being most flexible in working with me on all 3 occasions. I would be more than happy to engage Jamie again and look forward to doing so on my next purchase.

Jamie made selling our house easy. He organised all advertising and inspections with a minimum of fuss and always gave us feedback and kept us up to date in the whole process.

Jamie as a professional real estate salesman negotiated an excellent price for the sale of my unit. Jamie's personality brought both parties together who were both happy with the outcome.

To be honest I am not a great fan of real estates in general and have sold my previous homes privately. Had to sell my mothers home a few years ago, my son-in-law and daughter put me on to Jamie-one word AWESOME! Everything handled with great professionalism, so great that when I needed to sell my home recently, Jamie was my first point of call..Again professionalism personified. I would have no hesitation in using Jamie's services again if needed and have no hesitations in recommending Jamie's services to others.

Great service from an astute and realistic agent. Knew the value of our unique property and completed the sale with professional service to suit both parties. The team work from this agency was evident. Thank you all.

Jamie was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with! He knew the market well and kept us informed along the way during the sale of my property. Jamie ensured the whole process ran smoothly for me in which it did! I would highly recommend Jamie’s services to anyone buying, selling or renting through his agency.

Given I do not live close to my investment property, through Jamie I knew my property was in good hands. Jamie's local experience provided the perfect guidance to ensure the promotion of my property sale delivered the best results in the current market. Jamie was committed to not only ensuring that I achieved my desired outcome, although that all communication was executed as requested, in order to look after my tenants at the time and so all parties were fully informed through the process. Thanks to Jamie's dedication as an agent, my wife and I can now embark on our next investment project comfortably.

Jamie was fantastic in all aspects of selling our home and communication between Jamie and his office was unbelievably great nothing was too hard for him or his team. Jamie had time for us and no question we had was ever an issue, as we were first time sellers we often had many and Jamie and his team made it a dream and a quick result also. Thanks Nikki
