We had our unit with another agent who had done nothing for us, not even a sign, and had more troubles with tenants. We thought we were never going to sell the property! Friends told us to see Vic and everything then changed. We had a sign, with photos, out the front in 2 days and Vic advised us on all the ‘little’ things to do to the property to make it more attractive to buyers. After carrying out a few cosmetic changes we handed the keys over and could not believe it sold the first day it was open for exhibition! Vic was there for us at all times; always answering his phone and emails, keeping us up to date with prospective buyers who had rung and negotiating a better price than we originally hoped for. I contacted Independent Property Group in a desperate state of needing to sell my apartment.
