We've just bought and rented out our 2nd investment property this year through Raine and Horne Redland Bay ... and this is my second review of them in that time because they deserve it!! From the onset, the team knew we were on the hunt for a 2nd investment and proactively engaged their sales team to keep us in the loop and recommended properties that matched our needs. It was a great collaboration between the sales and rental departments at Raine and Horne throughout that process. Working remotely, Fiona and the team were not just instrumental in helping us pick the house, but I'd say without hesitation that their advice helped us feel confident it was a great investment and helped us secure it. We couldn't have done it without them. They stayed actively connected to us through the settlement process to ensure it went smoothly and that we were planning towards getting it tenanted quickly. After settlement, I worked out a plan with several suppliers to do renovations on the property and Fiona continued to engage us to ensure the works went to plan (as we are Sydney based) and they stopped by regularly to check. After settlement, we had some awesome tenants secured within 2 weeks. Fiona recommended the best weekly rate to pitch to the market and Lisa and their team helped us screen the tenants that matched the demographic that best suited the property. We are very happy and the new tenants are very happy, and we feel comfortable knowing we have good long-term tenants. Fiona works very hard at her craft, takes pride in her work and offers a level of expertise that is head and shoulders above the rest. She's transparent, honest, has integrity and will tell you factually what you need to hear for a good outcome, which I thoroughly love. And above all, she's fun and relates on a real human level. Services used: Property Management with Fiona and Lisa. We came to Fiona at Raine and Horne Redland Bay after having a really bad experience with another agency in the area. The difference was chalk and cheese. Even before we signed on with R&H, it was clear to see Fiona's caring nature and willingness to go the extra mile and explain areas that were 'green' to new investors. It wasn't an easy task for Fiona to take over from the other agency but she did it with such a detailed and professional approach, it really took the stress away from our end (thanks Fiona). Lisa has now taken over from Fiona and the continuation of professionalism, thoroughness and communication has followed through seamlessly. Buying an investment property when you are interstate has its challenges, but when you have the right network of people in your corner, it makes all those complicated things seem a hell of a lot easier. We have absolutely no hesitations in recommending the R&H team and will be using them when the time comes to purchase our next investment property.

The team met us at our rental property as arranged, and were very professional from the outset. They had extensive knowledge of the local area in both sales and rentals. After a thorough inspection of our property we were provided with options and advice on the best way to move forward. We were very impressed with this meeting, and decided to list our property for rent with Raine and Horne Redland Bay. Fiona even rang back that afternoon to say that they already had a potential tenant for our property. Fiona has been in constant contact with us to ensure our property was in the best possible condition to lease. We now have a new tenant, and the transition to a new property management team has been seamless. We can't recommend Fiona, Sharon and the rest of the Raine and Horne Redland Bay team enough.

I have recently purchased an investment property in Redland Bay. Fiona at Raine & Horne Redland Bay was the one who did the rental appraisal of the property. I was sceptical at her appraisal and thought it was unrealistic. But Fiona has convinced me to let her try and she was actually able to find the tenants within a week. I was very impressed with her performance and her knowledge of Redland Bay rental market. Highly recommended five star agent.

We were referred to Fiona and the Raine & Horne team in Redland Bay from our local R&H agent in NSW. Fiona and the Redland bay team have been AMAZING at helping us find an investment property and finding the right tenants. Before we'd even found a place, we contacted them early to introduce ourselves and establish a relationship. They were generous with their time and extremely helpful in every aspect and to every question. There was a strong collaboration between the R&H sales team and the rental team, to assist us in finding a property and getting it rented out (this connection is often lacking with other real estate agents). The sales team have also been proactive in looking out for places we can additionally purchase. On the rental side, Fiona and the team have hands-down been fantastic!! Fiona went out of her way to help us organise and assist with our renovations on the property because we were remotely managing it from NSW. She would often drop by with keys, check on work or follow up something up for us. We found it invaluable help! After getting some great photos and getting the place online for viewing, their expertise helped us secure some tenants at a good rate within two weeks. When it has come to repairs, Fiona and the team have been very quick to reply, getting quotes and organising tradespeople to attend, and ensure that the work is done to a good standard. More importantly, Fiona and the team, are fun to deal with and communicate in a very honest, real and human way that makes the effort of dealing with a rental property enjoyable. For us, they have certainly made it a less stressful process. We have a great appreciation and gratitude for the whole team there, and highly recommend them as agents.
