She far exceeded our expectations for the sale of our property with her finger on the pulse throughout the whole process from exchange to settlement putting many of our worries at ease whilst going above and beyond to keep us apprised any developments so settlement was not delayed. She is down to earth and not at all pushy as other agents were, we had a few others look at our property, most of whom weren’t able to give us an estimate price point and were nowhere near as thorough. We will definitely be asking for Maggie’s help to sell another property in the near future. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell in the Hawkesbury.

We selected Maggie due to the success rate for home sales in our area and talking to our neighbours who know Maggie. From our first contact via a phone conversation, I could tell Maggie knew the area very well and the street we lived on. She has a very comfortable way of speaking to you on the phone and we could not wait to meet her in person. Meeting Maggie for the first time gave us that familiar impression that we had met before which immediately put us at ease. Her knowledge of the local area and local amenities was a subject I did not have too mention as Maggie had all the good points worked out including the price which was exceeded much to our delight. Maggie kept us in touch with the whole process leading up to an open home and eventually the progress of the contract of sale. Maggie was available to us any time we felt like picking up the phone. She introduced herself to our wonderful neighbours to include them in the process and of course was the focal point and our representative for all matters for our home as at that point we had moved out of state. Her professionalism and confidence for the sale of our home gave us pride knowing that we are selling a quality product in a quality neighbourhood which has ultimately resulted into two very happy clients.

My Wife and I arranged a property inspection with Chas on a Saturday afternoon .
