I have known Chas for a few years. I asked him to sell my mothers house. We made an appointment. Chas viewed to property and suggested a price. He offered a great advertising package. The house went on the marketI had an offer within the first week . The house was sold within a month for a good price very close to the sale price. Chas was in constant contact with me about the sale of the property offering advice and support throughout the selling of the property. I have found Chas and the Raine and Horne team do not promise unrealistic sale prices when selling. Everything went smoothly and was sold in one month from when it went on the market. It sold for what they estimated it would sell for which I think shows they know the market and don't promise over realistic estimates.
