We were just pleased to have it finally over and done with. Our property went on the market in January and sold in October. During this time we had to reign in our price expectations by over $100K as the market apparently had died in this area. If anything Deb managed our emotions during this particularly harrowing time for us quite well, but we can't help wishing it had sold earlier for more money.

Danny and Deb took the upmost care and comparison when selling my late mother's home.
