A good, competent communicator whose local reputation is deserved
Debbie did exactly as she told us she would: she reported back on the Open home and then on those she took through the house weekly. Despite a slowing market at the time the unit sold in about 4 weeks.

Quick Easy Sale , local knowledge a massive benefit

Professional and Outstanding Communication
We recently used Mel to sell our investment property in Midway Point. From the initial contact regarding an appraisal through to settlement she was a dream to deal with. Mel kept us updated every few days on what was going on with the buyer activity and liaised professionally with our tenants to ensure there was minimal inconvenience for them. Mel even went out of her way to ensure the property was looking its best before an open home... this even included running the vacuum over beforehand.
