Knowing Michael outside of the real estate business, I made the choice to follow his lead for the sale of my property. From the start, he explained how he would proceed to find the right buyer for the house. Michael took the time to keep me informed of where things were at and it was evident that his expectations were higher than mine with regards to the sale outcome. He clearly had a process that worked and he followed it through. Not only did he have my interest in mind but he also went out of his way to help with tasks that were outside of his role.
