I had been looking at many properties on the Island, for quite some time. I’d had contact with other agents, with unsatisfactory results. I contacted Karen and spoke with her about a couple of properties, and felt very much at ease. I took a day trip and Karen met us at the Ferry, she spent a couple of hours show us a number of properties some she thought might suit, it was a great insightful couple of hours, and gave me the confidence I needed to make my decision. Karen was easy to talk with, what impressed me most, she was not trying to push her agenda, she was there to help, friendly and fun. I went home did more research and settled for, I believe, exactly what I needed. Thanks to Karen the entire process was without stress. I am very grateful to have Karen’s unbiased service!
