I had been looking at many properties on the Island, for quite some time. I’d had contact with other agents, with unsatisfactory results. I contacted Karen and spoke with her about a couple of properties, and felt very much at ease. I took a day trip and Karen met us at the Ferry, she spent a couple of hours show us a number of properties some she thought might suit, it was a great insightful couple of hours, and gave me the confidence I needed to make my decision.
