I selected Karen as the agent to sell our house as she works very similar to way I did when I was mortgage broker, Hands on 7 days a week was very professional with prospective clients and I believe she worked hard to meet clients needs as well steer buyers in the direction to meet seller and buyer needs. She also was a tune to local market pricing and pointed out the value added features to prospective buyers re the property opposed to a turn key new property which still needed the valued add features.
