She didn't pull any punches, she told us everything that was wrong, and what needed doing to fix it and gave a few improvement ideas. Very patient! I selected Karen as the agent to sell our house as she works very similar to way I did when I was mortgage broker, Hands on 7 days a week was very professional with prospective clients and I believe she worked hard to meet clients needs as well steer buyers in the direction to meet seller and buyer needs. She also was a tune to local market pricing and pointed out the value added features to prospective buyers re the property opposed to a turn key new property which still needed the valued add features. I would highly recommend and promote Karen to purchasers and sellers in the future Geoff Gray I would highly recommend

Karen was very patient person with a lot of knowledge to share about owning property on Russell island & about what comes with living on the island. Karen went out of her way & drove me around the island not just to look at property but to show me what the island has to offer (which she didn’t have to do) Its not hard to see how she’s sold the most property on the islands with Raine&Horne.
