Although the property was in need of a lot of repairs and plenty of TLC , both inside and outside, we were hoping for a slightly higher sale price, How ever, although Amanda and co, had a lot of groups through the property during the lead up to the sale, their seemed to only be one genuine buyer, who ending up buying the property and could see the real potential. the fact remains it was sold quickly to the right buyer, which means my mother can now move on to the next phase of her life.
