If you want to buy or sell a property try Amanda Burt.
We used Amanda initially when purchasing a property and found her honest and direct when we were asking for information. At the time we knew she was employed to look after the sellers interests and believe she did this as well as responding to issues we raised. She is a wonderful person, so natural in her personality who made us feel comfortable from day one. She certainly knows the market and has extra knowledge about related issues such as design and aesthetics and layouts of buildings and furniture. When it came time to sell our property we knew Amanda was our choice of agent. There was never any pressure & everything was explained with extreme professionalism. She reported back immediately after every open-for inspection & was always honest in her endeavour to sell our property. We would certainly recommend her for any advice in selling a home.

One of the Best!
Amanda is a rarity within the real estate industry. Having dealt with Amanda as both a prospective purchaser and vendor I have nothing but recommendations to the highest regard toward her professionalism and conduct. As a prospective purchaser I found Amanda to always be informative yet never overbearing as a salesperson. Having met with various agents it was soon evident that she had the experience to top them all. No boring sales pitch with the flicking of marketing pages that would make the best of us lose interest and an overwhelming sense of sleepiness, just genuine honest and targeted advice. As a vendor I have always found Amanda to be honest and realistic with outcomes. Whilst other agents overstated valuations in the hope of securing a sale contract, Amanda was explicit with her valuation and realistic in her advice. As with anyone doing their due-diligence, it is easy to see past the smoke and mirrors of alternate agents in teh hope of gaining your sale. It is for this reason that I would choose Amanda over any other local agents as my preferred agent to sell our family home. Well done and thank you. Until next time... Great knowledge of the area and communication was great as was her professionalism
My experience was as expected - Great knowledge of area - property sales - communicated open house and feedback from market - Friendly and easy to work with - Market was not what I expected had great numbers as open houses , unfortunately little interest in price advertised for the sale of the property - Strategy was changed and sale of the house eventuated - Not agents fault but sold for less then I expected - However Agent definitely worked hard for the sale of the property

A great selling experience.
It was a great experience selling my property with Amanda. Her communication was great and always responded in a timely manner. The property needed a freshen up and Amanda was extremely helpful with contacts for trades and assisted with organising quotes, access to property and other contacts required to give the house the freshen up it needed to achieve the best outcome we could.

Great Communication & Service
