Having dealt with Amanda as both a prospective purchaser and vendor I have nothing but recommendations to the highest regard toward her professionalism and conduct. As a prospective purchaser I found Amanda to always be informative yet never overbearing as a salesperson. Having met with various agents it was soon evident that she had the experience to top them all. No boring sales pitch with the flicking of marketing pages that would make the best of us lose interest and an overwhelming sense of sleepiness, just genuine honest and targeted advice. As a vendor I have always found Amanda to be honest and realistic with outcomes. My experience was as expected - Great knowledge of area - property sales - communicated open house and feedback from market - Friendly and easy to work with - Market was not what I expected had great numbers as open houses , unfortunately little interest in price advertised for the sale of the property - Strategy was changed and sale of the house eventuated - Not agents fault but sold for less then I expected - However Agent definitely worked hard for the sale of the property
