Immediate Sale
We spoke to Amanda in December about perhaps listing our property mid 2021. In January Amanda stated the market was hot and she had a list of buyers. We put the house on the market, it went online Monday Jan 11 first open held Jan 12, offer and contract signed Jan 13 full asking price. We could not have asked for a quicker smoother process. Amanda’s knowledge and expertise in Sunbury Real Estate is second to none. Thanks again Amanda you are a brilliant agent

Quick and easy!
Really pleased with Amanda. She was great at helping us understand what our property was worth and why. She gave us some really helpful, realistic and genuine advice on things to do to prepare the house for sale, not only to maximise our sale price but also to ensure a quick sale. Excellent communication throughout the whole process and even very helpful in assisting us in the search for a new property.
