We were worried an agent with such listings wouldn’t give us the time and effort we wanted to achieve our target price. However, these fears were not only squashed, but proven to be completely incorrect as Ben gave us an incredible amount of feedback on each inspection, and recommendations on each and every move in the sale process. We received weekly summaries via email and detailed phone calls after all inspections. I would recommend Ben to friends and family selling or buying as he made both seamless for us. In addition to his great service, we were equally impressed by the team around him who stepped in to assist us when required. Special mention to Bri who was great. Their experience was evident and ensured that any time Ben wasn’t available, we were looked after very well.

I originally bought my property in Burrill Lake from Ben in 2013, not only was he incredibly knowledgable about the area and helped in connecting me to people through the buying moving and then renovating processes, he worked tirelessly with the then vendor to get the best outcome for everyone. Robert was extremely professional, personable and achieved a fantastic purchasing price for me. His local knowledge concerning the property confirmed that I was buying the right house. His communication was excellent in providing me information and updating me on the progress of the purchase of the house. As I wasn’t at the house when it was sold, (exchanged), he sent me pics of the sold banner on the sign. Very happy pics!
