His communication was excellent in providing me information and updating me on the progress of the purchase of the house. Ben helped us view a property in the Mollymook area. As we live in Sydney, this can be challenging for follow up communications. He was great from the start and helped be the in between person to the sellers. After exchange of contracts, we couldn’t be there to do the final pre-inspection, so Ben was able to conduct that on our behalf. After settlement, the Ben and the team left us an amazing gift of wine and some decent vouchers for nearby restaurants and retail shops. Couldn’t have asked for anything else from him to be honest! Would highly recommend him
