Ben went the extra mile e.g. getting quotes for remediation requested by a potential buyer for work to be carried out at my home and arranging trades people to visit, inspect & report at no cost to us (the work wasn’t needed after all as the potential Buyer lost interest), also got quotes and arranged a professional cleaner on the last day before settlement - as we left our decision to the very end. Ben kept us updated at every stage of the inspection and negotiation stages.
