I have no experience in the housing market and Robert was immediately helpful in explaining the processes in NSW. He provided an honest and frank appraisal of the property, which made me feel confident that he had my interests at heart. He was also very sympathetic to the tenants who were in the property and made sure to respect their privacy, which I thought was very nice. Robert communicated with me frequently, providing advice and following up when needed. He was always polite and friendly and genuinely seemed to care about everyone getting the best outcome from the sale.
