Nathan has long experience in the real estate industry particularly in the Williamstown and Newport areas. It shows as he is always across the market generally and more specifically properties for sale at any given time. In other words he knows his competition. As a communicator Nathan’s follow up with both buyers and the vendor is impeccable. He is timely, professional but also has a friendly courteous manner. He is also a good listener (not always a strong trait in this industry). Nathan sold my property in a very difficult market but always acted in my interest as the vendor and he achieved good results. There are several good agents in this area but I would highly recommend Nathan and his Agency Raine and Horne as a standout. You will receive full involvement from Nathan as a Director. It will not be delegated to less experienced or motivated agents. In summary Nathan is a great ambassador for his own Agency and the Industry at large.
