Going beyond expectations
They say first impressions are important. Rosemary and her team established credibility and professionalism at the first introduction meeting that only continued through the selling process. There was a feeling of confident from Rosemary that allowed me to be very comfortable moving forward with Raine and Horne. I was never disappointed in the agreed marketing and selling process as a better than expected result was achieved. A great team who go beyond expectations to achieve the result and always make you feel very comfortable.

Great Team
Rosemary and Nathan have restored my opinion of real estate agents. They worked as a team to make a successful sale with a constant flow of communication, took all my concerns into consideration, and achieved a record price for my style of house in the neighbourhood. Straightforward and well-managed process
As Nathan was also the agent who initially sold us the home, it was one of the main reason to talk to him first. He's calm and professional, knows the area and the local market very well, and has guided us through the process very well. We discussed all options and agreed on the approach, and his network also paid dividends for us. Further contacts for legal and styling advice have also been very helpful. The whole approach for us has been more preferred than a hard commercial sell, which arguably would/could not have given us a better result. Would highly recommend his and Raine & Horne Williamstown to anyone!

Rosemary of Raine & Horne was wonderful and informative to work with and went out of her way to explain the processes. There was no pressure or suggestion of unrealistic property figures in our early meetings . I was kept fully informed throughout the sale period and given plenty of warning of upcoming inspections / Open times. After each inspection I was contacted and advised what interest there had been and, closer to the auction, we had in depth meetings to discuss future directions. I would very much recommend Rosemary and her team in Williamstown

Great communicator and excellent agent
I was delighted to have found a property with Nathan. He's a pleasure to deal with and offers great knowledge and advice, but most importantly, Nathan is a fantastic communicator. He kept us well informed throughout both our purchasing and settlement process, allowing us to focus on preparing our family to move into our new property.
