I had rang a few agents in the area, Nathan returned my call promptly. One agent took a week to return my call. From the moment we chose Nathan we never doubted he was the right choice. He thoroughly explained everything to us from the start and he's strategy and hard work paid off. My brother's unit was sold in a few weeks and for an excellent price. My brother and I are not young so we were thankful for lots of feedback and we also appreciated that we were treated with respect.

I came to sell my property through Rosemary of Raine and Horne after it was passed-in, in May 2017 under another estate agent. Six months after it was passed-in I decided to try and sell the property using a new agent. That's when I was given Rosemary's business card by a family friend. At the first meeting Rosemary listened tentatively to my desire to sell my property. She presented a very professional approach on how the property could be listed for sale. Her knowledge and experience in property sales stood out so much so that I decided immediately after the meeting to give her the opportunity to sell the property. Rosemary prepared a package that was cost friendly considering that I had already spent time and money on a failed auction. Things moved very quickly, the property was listed promptly and given a great description of what the buyer could expect. The new photos that Rosemary organised certainly added to the description. Through the course of the campaign Rosemary kept me well informed on prospective buyers and I know that she personally presented the property in a very positive way at the inspections. In days leading up to the auction a very keen buyer emerged, this is where Rosemary's expertise shone in negotiating a good result. The sale of the property was executed in quick time. Rosemary is an exceptional estate agent.

Our experience with Raine and Horne and in particular Nathan Smith through the recent sale of our property has been overwhelmingly positive. Communication with us and with prospective purchasers has been terrific, at no time did we not know exactly what was going on. We selected Nathan as it was important to us that our personal values were not compromised through the sale of our home. We were not interested in hearing inflated values and unbelievable sales spiels and felt that we could trust Nathan. My wife and I decided to sell our home of 30 years. As Williamstown is such a small place and everyone knows each other we decided we wanted an estate agent that was sincere, reliable, and didn't talk crap. In our opinion Rosemary fitted this assignment and thus we engaged her services. From the start of the campaign Rosemary told us the total truth and not just we wanted to hear, she was straight down the line with us which we appreciated.
