Our experience with Nathan and Raine and Horne Williamstown was fantastic from start to finish. We met on a Tuesday and having agreed the agent terms, within a week, Nathan had organised an extremely well presented marketing campaign and photography package and had the property formally listed for sale. Based on his long local experience there was a pool of buyers immediately engaged in the property. All of the open for inspections were conducted professionally and with a Director present at each inspection. A huge positive was the timely feedback. Within 5 minutes of each open for inspection, we'd received an immediate phone call detailing number of inspections, level of interest and buyer feedback. Nathan was able to quickly get a feel for the level of interest in the property and serious buyers. This was communicated well during a weekly after hours meeting (including putting up with our small baby climbing over the paperwork!). Nathan was helpful in recognising the market demand and providing guidance on adjusting our price mid-way through the campaign. Our house ultimately sold prior to Auction within a short 6 hour period on a Monday. Having received an offer, once we'd committed to this process the efficiency of communication and frequency of updates was fantastic. We achieved a fantastic price well above our Auction reserve and all whilst sitting at my desk on a Monday at work. Whilst over-achievement on our reserve price was a fantastic result, the best part of the process was Nathan's transparency and trustworthiness throughout. We were always made to feel extremely comfortable , felt that advice provided was genuine, that there were never any stupid questions and that Nathan was truly committed to achieving the best possible price for ourselves as well as finding the right property for his pool of buyers. We'd highly recommend Nathan for his open communication, local knowledge, timeliness and transparency!

Since our first meeting, when we were not even sure we are selling our place, throughout the whole process, I only have words of praise for Rosemary and her colleague Nathan Smith. Rosemary gave us a frank assessment of our unit's worth and an advice on what we could to do improve the sale's outcome. She even helped us find the tradespeople (who were, by the way, really good!). I did not want a passive approach to our sale, so I negotiated a commission scheme that rewarded her well for results. She was happy to negotiate that because she had confidence in her ability.
