Friendly, clear, and respectful. • They understood tenant needs well and handled all interactions professionally. • During the tenancy, there were a few things in the house that needed coordination with the owner. These were managed smoothly. • Repairs and maintenance were handled properly, with checks, documentation, and clear updates. • Inspection schedules and any changes were communicated clearly and in advance. • The entire tenancy experience was smooth and well managed.
