I had a really great experience with her! She is incredibly friendly, patient and professional. Communication was always easy, and she always understood what I was trying to say and replied to my messages very quickly. There were quite a few things I wasn't familiar with, so I often had lots of questions. What I really appreciated was that no matter how many questions I asked, she always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood. Whenever I had any problems or difficulties, she was always happy to help me find a solution. Very good experience working with Re-define again. Rina helped us manage the whole process, getting the apartment cleaned, painted, repairs undertaken, and furnishings put in place. Finding a tenant was very smooth and fast. We were kept updated throughout the marketing period.
