We went to 5 agents before being introduced to Mick. We could see through all the bull crap with the other agents and so it was very refreshing when we meet Mick. Conversation was easy, not rehearsed and he was just Genuine and honest, which is what you want. Alison was a great help too and was also just as down to earth as Mick.
