Grant was extremely good in conveying the practicalities of selling a home in the initial conversation. Each Open for Inspection was well organised. Grant described the house perfectly to prospective buyers. The sale of the house was achieved in 4 Open for Inspections and it was Winter as well that had to be contended with. Grant should be proud of his professionalism and enthusiasm as witnessed by this vendor.
