Grant has an elite knowledge of Real Estate and in particular in 'the Hills'. My property was placed on the market at a time when the market was relatively stagnant due to various factors including changes to lending criteria and so on, and also leading up the the Federal election. Grant was very encouraging during a period when I was starting to become impatient. The property needed a lot of work which naturally reduced the potential market.
