Grant and Aidan went well beyond what one would expect when taking on the role of selling our family property. It was the little things, like giving us advice on how to maximise the attraction to the property with non-expensive but small adjustments. Every step of the process was clearly explained to us as the seller and the open days that were held were very busy with people looking through the property. What I really respect though is the honesty that Grant shows to both the buyer and the seller. He will work within the regulations of both the industry and First Nationals policies but he will also get you the best value for money that you can expect and will fight hard to ensure that you get that value that your property is worth to the person / people interested and to yourself , in our case, going above expectations. Grant is very honest with the interested parties keeping them informed along the way and it is this which is why we were so happy with our result as a seller and is why I would also use Grant and the team at first national to buy a place when in the market to do so.
