Thank you to Maria and her team for supporting my family to transition out of our previous property with ease. Once the landlord had decided to sell, Maria and her team went above and beyond to support us in finding a new property (which in the current market is not easy) and made the transition out of our existing property seamless. During our time living in the property Maria was prompt in answering all questions, responding to maintenance requests and was respectful during inspections.

My experience with the Ray White - Brookwater Property Management Team has been fabulous. Kimerley Butterworth is a joy to work with as a tenant. She is easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any requests. When I have had concerns, Kimberley explains the reasons and processes when requried. I truly appeaciate a property manager that I can communciate with as if she were a friend. If you are looking to rent a property I would highly recommend Kimberley and if you are an owner that is looking for a team that will look after your tenant, I don't believe that you can go past the property management team at Ray White.
