Olivia and the team did a fantastic job leasing our property with minimum fuss. We could not be more pleased with the result. Thanks guys!

Had a pleasure applying through All Properties Group. From being shown around the property by Olivia, to Belinda processing our application, and Kim moving us in, the service has been professional but friendly, and speedy but thorough—thanks for everything! Would highly recommend applying through these guys!

I can't be happier with the work of APG. For finding new tenants recently, they did a superb job and kept me informed every step of the way. I'm only vacant for a few days and the new tenants look reliable. Thanks APG, Olivia and Stephanie!

Great agency to deal with. Helped me with any concerns or queries I had through the Tenancy application process. They also helped me getting all connections put on through Direct Connect which made that a lot easier rather than having to ring each service provider. Would highly recommend All Properties Group.

The staff are so helpful with any requests. Was a joy to deal with the staff and removed a lot of stress that I had. Thank you.

Where do I start with Kimberley, my Property Manager from All Properties Group! Kimberley is one of the most personable, trustworthy property managers I have had over the last 12yrs as a landlord! I’m only sad that it took me 10.5yrs to find her. After having to leave another Realestate agency, I entrusted All Properties Group with my investment property and it was the best decision I could have made. Kimberley’s communication with both myself and my tenants was always prompt with issues followed up and corrected with little involvement needed from me. I completely trusted Kimberley in all aspects of the management of my property and would highly recommend Kimberley and All Properties Group, Greater Springfield.

An excellent team of enthusiastic agents working with both tenants and owners to deliver an excellent renting experience. They have strong processes and systems in place to create an easy experience for me as an owner. I trust they will look after my property as their own.

From day one you are their priority. Friendly, professional and knowledge personnel. They put no pressure what so ever on you and try to address your requirements. Their process is very easy and user friendly. With the Covid-19 pedemic they have you covered. Highly recommend. Put them to the test and you will be happy and satisfied as I was.

I have a few rental properties and deal with different agents. All Properties Group are the best I have dealt with. They have recently leased my rental property in Brookwater within a week. This is the second time they have managed to lease the property within a short time frame. The most impressive aspect is their communication with the property owners. They have kept me abreast of every stage. I have not had to chase them for any updates. Well done to the team! Highly recommended.
