Jon and David supported us throughout the sale of our house - they provided clear and honest communication when needed and I believe we achieved the best result possible. The only negative would be the underestimation of some external factors which subsequently resulted in a lower than expected sale price. David was open and honest in all of our discussions and certainly is well aware of the local market conditions. His follow up and communication were excellent with regular phone calls and emails regarding the inspections that transpired. His ability to quantify various potential buyers demonstrates that his experience is in bringing a potential buyer to contract is excellent.. His support staff also ensure that the back of house details are performed well and in a timely manner. I find it very very easy to give Jon a 5-star rating for the sale of my mother’s house at Hendra! His assistance started from when Mum decided it was time to sell, with Jon providing advice and assistance with preparing the house for sale. Once the house was listed, Jon actively kept us informed of progress with the marketing campaign and information about the potential buyers he had shown through the house. Very importantly, he also had great information about the people who were actively looking to buy in Hendra, engaging with them to generate interest in the house so that there was four offers on paper by the auction date. Jon and the auctioneer David Treloar were extremely helpful and supportive in guiding my mother through decisions about possible auction-sale prices and reserve prices. Jon’s experience and expertise during the pre-sale period showed on auction day, with a dozen registered bidders. The house sole at auction for more than our most optimistic estimate, and for what we understand is a record for an unrenovated Queenslander in Hendra to a young couple who are going to make it their family home. Jon, a job very well done!

Our family’s estate was coming to an end and the home was up for sale. My 2 sisters and I (after many hours of research) chose Elliot Kidd of Ray White above the rest to be our real estate agent. As a first time seller i was very uneducated on the sales process and in tern nervous and overly emotional. David made the process very easy for me and always had my best intentions at the top of the list. There was no pressure from him which made it easier to make the right decision for us. We decided on an auction campaign and the work that was put in, the turn out and the end result was more than we expected. I would say also the best thing is the communication provided. Whether it be good or bad there was no hesitation and the truth was always brought forward which to me was extremely important. I am glad we decided to go with David and his team and would recommend him to any vendor.
