Tina was very friendly, proactive and willing to go "over and above".. She was very accommodating, especially to our requests for extra viewings outside the normal viewing hours, and was quick to come back with the vendor's responses to our queries. She was a very efficient "go-between"; even though we were the purchaser, we felt that we could trust her and that she had the best interests of both parties at heart ,and was very fair and honest throughout the negotiation process.

Very experienced and professional - always responded to queries immediately. A totally different experience than ones we have had in the past - the difference was like night and day. We were always kept up to date on any developments which we appreciated. We weren't 100% sure about holding the auction in the auction room however any trepidation we had was put to rest the moment we walked in the room. The whole set up was extremely professional. The result was definitely beyond our expectations - we have no doubt that the agents played a huge part in the successful sale and that it wasn't only pot luck! We would have no hesitation in providing any recommendations and know that they are the only agents we would ourselves use in the future.
