I contacted McGrath after recommendation from a friend who does property maintenance for a number of property managers, who had advised me that many property managers were difficult to work for and had a lot of outstanding payments, but McGrath were no problems, always great to work for, and reliable with payments. Based on that advice I asked them to manage my 3 rental properties. I have been very impressed with the speed at which they found tenants (after having one property empty for a few months), their professional advice, and the consistent and reliable way in which they respond to both my enquiries and those of the tenants. The property manager of my properties always keeps me informed of any necessary issues or events at my properties, is prompt in addressing any issues or concerns, and is always friendly and willing to assist where necessary - providing a very high level of serve that I believe would be unrivaled by other agencies. I have felt that this agency has a terrific sense of the market (which I sometimes lack not working within the industry) and provides relevant and important advice regarding renting issues, changes in market/to legislation etc. I would recommend McGrath to both investors and tenants.
