My brother and myself recently put my deceased mother's house on the market. We decided to list with Bevan and we did not expect to get anything above $300 000 as the house needed a lot of work for a new family to move in. Bevan was extremely confident that he could while we were very hopeful. Within 1 week just after the open home, the house was sold. We could not believe the amount of interest and offers that were coming in. As my brother is younger and spent more time living there than myself he was very happy to know a single dad and his children would be living there and the house would be renovated back to it 's former life. We found Bevan to be very professional and kept us informed at all times. He was always available to buyers and us the sellers. Nothing was too much trouble. While other Real Estates made statements they could sell the house for more than we listed it Bevan did just that. We would highly recommend Bevan to sell your house.
