A very friendly and knowledgeable team of Estate Agents.
We had the pleasure of buying and selling through the Wilson Team. Although it was a pretty complex arrangement the Wilson Team, and in particular Alecia made it happen without a fuss. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to sell to engage the Wilson Team.

Thanks. Our property sold so fast
Geoff was onto the sale of our Greenslopes property from the moment we engaged him. It sold in one week and with only one open house. His negotiation skills between the prospective buyers, got the best result for us. He always keep us informed on the progress whether it was in business hours or not and was always willing to answer our questions and concerns. We have bought a few houses over time but this is our first sale and we thank Geoff for the ease of the whole process.

No fuss agent who gets in and gets the job done
Geoff was a friendly, professional and efficient agent throughout the what can be a stressful process. Thought was always put into how we can sell the property faster, is our market strategy right, what do we need to do to get more interest and sell the property. Agents in the market can be unapproachable, or just entirely in your face and put you off a property. Geoff finds that balance in his no fuss approach.

Considering an agent to sell your home?
For those of you who are considering which agent to sell your home? Most agents offer you almost everything to get your business. I couldn't recommend Sharon Wilson and her team any higher. I live overseas and selling a home from abroad is no easy task. Sharon and Alicia Wilson acted on my behalf as if it was their own home they were selling. They took care of house maintenance, gardening , cleaning, setting the house made it look its best for inspection and they kept me informed constantly. They even organised the moving and storage of my furniture. We communicated on FaceTime and emails which was the best for me. On auction day we FaceTime and we were in constant communication. I don't think you will be disappointed by the service they offer and the piece of mind you get when you know they have your best interest ay heart. Happy selling, Hana

Geoff Sellars Review
Being an interstate investment property owner who wanted to sell a property I needed someone who could get a good result whilst dealing with all instructions over the phone or via email. I needed to be able to trust this person as I wasn't going to be able to check on progress personally. Geoff gave me the advice I needed to get the property into the best shape required to achieve the best result possible. Everything went smoothly, from the handover from the rental agent, through the organising of cleanup and new carpets, marketing and finally the sale. He must have done a good job because offers above what I was hoping to achieve were submitted after the first open inspection after being on the market for less than a week.
