Geoff was engaged to sell my townhouse in Yeronga. At the time it was a relatively tough market considering the large supply in the area and decreasing demand. From initial consultation until the contract became unconditional, Geoff was on task and constantly updating me on progress. There were several buyers who went cold but each time this happened Geoff had the skills, knowledge and persistence to find replacements and ended up selling the property within the my desired range. During most of the sale period the property was tenanted, however this was of no hassle to me as Geoff managed the viewings without any delays or complications, something which I am very grateful for. On top of all that, Geoff is very pleasant and has a calm collected personality that makes him especially easy to talk to. He is clearly very intelligent and well informed, as shown by him keeping to the facts and talking to you honestly and truthfully without trying any marketing antics or applying unnecessary pressure on you (the seller) to make snap decisions. Geoff was on time for our open homes, he and Mandi put the last minute touches on our home for open days and I was extremely impressed with their personal presentation both on the open days and even at 8:30pm at night when we were signing contracts. Nothing but a look of success which we really respected. They clearly attract a great buying crowd as we had huge open home numbers and the place sold very quickly. He has worked really hard and been on hand personally for all our inquiries, emails, texts, phone calls....never more than a 5-10 minutes away from a reply if not immediately available. bevin achieved a much higher price for me than other similar properties and ive noticed he has with other properties he's sold too. Plus he's a very good communicator and really nice to deal, after he sold my house for such a high price he helped with lots of advice on a range of topics. Ive bought and sold dozens of properties over many decades and highly recommend Bevin- I wouldnt consider using anyone else locally in the future.
