Throughout the whole process of selling our home Dwight's professionalism, positive attitude and enthusiasm shone through. He helped and guided us along the journey, he kept us well informed about everything and he was available and contactable anytime. I feel he really went the extra mile with us as our sale was a little tricky at times, but throughout the whole process, Dwight remained calm, polite and professional. This in turn helped us relax and feel more at ease as we were quite stressed at times. Dwight really does know what he is talking about and we had complete confidence in him and he definitely didn't disappoint us. Dwight is a friendly, down to earth and honest person who has a passion for real estate and nothing is too much trouble for him. We own a small development company and have dealt with countless agents over the years. Dwight is easily the the best agent we have come across and will be handling all of our future sales. His performance stands out for two reasons. Firstly, he did his job. He sold our property for a great price that we are happy with, on conditions that suited us and did that in 8 days. Secondly, he did his job with honesty and integrity. Dwight has been very dependable and straight to the point in his dealings with us, often telling us what we need to hear and not just what we would like to hear. Exactly what a seller needs from an agent. At all time I felt he had our best interests as his foremost priority and yet still managed to negotiate a transaction in which both us the sellers and the buyers have walked away very happy. Couldn't recommend him highly enough!

Dwight explained everything upfront and worked at my pace. He is professional in all ways- appearance and knowledge and Dwight has exceptational people skills. I believe Dwight could make anybody within any situation for selling,buying,renting or a potential company for property management comfortable, at ease and confident with him handling their affairs and making there plans come into action. Dwight is a true asset to Raywhite and the real estate industry. Not only likeable, by far the upmost successful agent I've ever encountered and heard of. I have used other agents in the past for sales,rental and commercial leasing. Now I will never use anyone but Dwight Colbert.

Dwight & team have been so helpful with the sale of our home at Banyo. He always provides us with update on every open homes and never failed to send us weekly report, now that is rare to get from an agent. He rapidly gained a strong reputation in the area, If other agents where unable to sell a property Dwight certainly could. I knew than he was the agent I wanted to sell my property. Can I say I was most impressed with his presentation, very professional, provided an excellent service and his client skills are second to non and importantly he knew the area very well. The trust in selling the house was there immediately. He certainly puts you at ease and NO in your face pressure.
