I feel he really went the extra mile with us as our sale was a little tricky at times, but throughout the whole process, Dwight remained calm, polite and professional. This in turn helped us relax and feel more at ease as we were quite stressed at times. We own a small development company and have dealt with countless agents over the years. Dwight is easily the the best agent we have come across and will be handling all of our future sales. His performance stands out for two reasons. Firstly, he did his job. He sold our property for a great price that we are happy with, on conditions that suited us and did that in 8 days. Secondly, he did his job with honesty and integrity. Dwight has been very dependable and straight to the point in his dealings with us, often telling us what we need to hear and not just what we would like to hear. Exactly what a seller needs from an agent. At all time I felt he had our best interests as his foremost priority and yet still managed to negotiate a transaction in which both us the sellers and the buyers have walked away very happy.
