I know that he has many listings on the go at any one time but he still maintained a high work rate on my property. During negotiations he was prompt with the back and forth communication and offers. He provided helpful and honest information about the buyers and their feedback which assisted me in making decisions during negotiations. I received progress reports weekly and through the duration of the sale had 2 or 3 team meetings with his colleagues. Geoff, Ben & I would like to sincerely thank Dwight for all his help with the sale of our house. I'm not even sure where to start with our praise, from the very first appraisal we found him to be extremely honest, his communication was outstanding, we were always kept in the loop, even once the contract had been signed. The photos of the house went live on the Wednesday and we had an offer, that we later accepted, at the first open house on the Saturday. It was the little things we found really helpful like the home stylist with tips for presentation, Dwight's team attending things like the building and pest inspection and Dwight's ability to smooth out any issues were also outstanding.
