My experience with Ray White Baulkham Hills was very enjoyable and straightforward. Darren’s dedicated staff played a huge role in efficiently delivering our shared success.

We are the owners of a three-bedroom unit and Renae Dooley is our property manager from Ray White Baulkham Hills. Before the lease terminated, we planned to change to another management agent. Ray White Baulkham Hills is aware of our decision to change. To our surprise, Renae still did her best in the exit inspection of our property even she knew we will change to another agent. Because of this professionalism, we decided to stay with Ray White Baulkham Hills. During the exit inspection, Renae did the inspection with my wife together. She inspected our property very thoroughly even more attention to details than my wife. Renae is fast in responding to our emails and phone calls and we expect this close landlord/agent relationship to continue in future.

I've recently begun a tenancy through Ray White Baulkham Hills. The leasing agent who worked with me was Renae and she has been very helpful and courteous. All interactions with the agency have been pleasant and professional, mainly they have been through Hailee and Renee. All communication has been thorough, prompt and positive. Very happy to be working with them for the duration of my tenancy.
