Darren is both very professional and thoughtful person. He has genuine knowledge and understanding of the market. He takes time to listen and discuss issues unbiased, if and when they arise. He never does anything by half always willing to go above and beyond. I do not hesitate whatsoever to wholeheartedly recommend Ash to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.

I bought my house through Darren and decided to sell through his agency as well. Darren initially explained the selling process very clearly for me. I am extremely happy with the entire experience and resulting sale of my home. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody wishing to sell their property.

I was very impressed with the service given by Ray White, Baulkham Hills. They were very proficient pre and post auction and showed a lively sense of urgency in doing business. They were able to reach many potential buyers and overcome the current weak Baulkham Hills property market.

It comes along a few teething issue in our home purchased and Darren had been very helpful in coordinating and resolving issues for us. He is also a very responsible agent. Despite late night or Xmas holiday, he returned our call on his first available. We definitely have the confidence to do business with Darren. Thanks again, Darren, for your amazing help and advice.

Darren & his team went over and above what was required of an agent. For example, before we were even anywhere near ready to go to the market place, they helped move a large number of house hold items on numerous occasions (even on their days off). They always communicated all the buyers feedback to us after every inspection. We sold our house in around five weeks and we are very happy with the result. We would highly recommend Darren and his team.

The whole experience was very simple and we were well looked after every step along the way. Both agents were very helpful and knowledgeable on the market. Highly recommended.

Darren's knowledge of the Baulkham Hills area is second to none. Everything Darren recommended worked first time. Results speak for themselves, we had the first offer one week after launching on the internet and sold before the second weekend. I highly recommend Darren.

After working with Ray White Baulkham Hills I wouldn't use anyone else. Yes, I could see that Darren was professional and definitely had expertise in the real estate market but it was his ability to strategise that got me to where I need to be on Auction Day. He not only puts "C" for Commitment into his team but also "C" for Caring about the outcomes for the people involved .

Darren was a fantastic agent! He answered my questions punctually. He worked all hours, even on Sundays and late evenings, ensuring that everything was organised ASAP for a short settlement. On auction day he was very accomodating whilst I was on hold to the bank to increase my daily limit for the deposit. He did not rush or panic me at all. He was available throughout the whole settlement process - a great comfort for a first home buyer.
