These guys are extremely professional they know their stuff, kept us informed the whole time and showed a genuine care for our decisions. Darren Dowd and Daniel Sarzano were the tireless and hardworking throughout the whole process. They put on a solid campaign for auction and had hundreds of people through our doors. Unfortunately, the market had turned against us and we didn’t sell on auction day. The following 2 weeks Darren and Daniel put in a huge push to get us a price we were happy with. Throughout the whole process, we were kept up to date on every interested person and were showed stats and notes from interested parties. We have never seen an agent put this much effort in the promotion and following up with prospects. Great old fashioned friendly service and bulldog-like hard work got us a good price in a very tough market I have no hesitation recommending Darren and Daniel to our friends and family to sell their property.

I couldn't recommended Darren higher to any prospective seller. He is an expert in the area, a hard worker and more importantly, Darren is a really good bloke! Darren prides himself on building strong relationships, and prior to us putting our house on the market, Darren built a strong relationship with us over a 4 year period. Once we did decide to sell, Darren's expert knowledge in the area helped us put a strong marketing and pricing strategy together. Unfortunately for us, our house didn't sell at auction, HOWEVER this is when Darren really went above and beyond our expectations to get a sale. Darren continued to show our house to prospective buyers often meeting buyers at odd times throughout the night. As we got to the pointy end of negotiations with our eventual buyer, (more than a month after our Auction!) Darren was great throughout the negotiation period and exceeded our expectations on what he would do to ensure our place was sold. We have been dealing Darren and his whole team for about the last 9 months in regards to selling our current home. This has not been because of any problems with Darren, but due the fact that every time we found a property the vendors would withdraw it from sale after agreeing to a price, meaning that we would have to temporarily withdraw our property from the market. Darren and his whole team took that in their stride, with no hassles whatsoever from them. Darren then advise us to firstly find a property that we liked and was to our complete satisfaction, have contracts exchanged on that property and then put our current property back on the market. We followed Darren's advice, found the required property, exchanged contract and Darren then put our property back on the market. He advised us that he would have a four week marketing campaign, then go auction at the conclusion of that period. On the auction day, after conferring with Darren and the Auctioneer we then agreed to a reserve price. The auction proceeded in a very professional manner by Darren and his team, which resulted in us exceeding the reserve price by $190,000. Also present on the day of the auction were various members of our families, plus friends and neighbors, who all stated to us that they were also very impressed by Darren and his team, and when it is time for them to sell their current properties that they ALL will be using Darren and his team of their sale. We can not recommend Darren more highly in his professional approach, honesty, reliability and advise that he provided to us during this whole period of time. It was a very stressful time to us both, but if it wasn't for Darren's assistance throughout, we would have withdrawn our house from the market and not proceeded to reaching our desire to have a new home in the latter stage of our lives.
