We have been dealing Darren and his whole team for about the last 9 months in regards to selling our current home. This has not been because of any problems with Darren, but due the fact that every time we found a property the vendors would withdraw it from sale after agreeing to a price, meaning that we would have to temporarily withdraw our property from the market. Darren and his whole team took that in their stride, with no hassles whatsoever from them. Darren then advise us to firstly find a property that we liked and was to our complete satisfaction, have contracts exchanged on that property and then put our current property back on the market. We followed Darren's advice, found the required property, exchanged contract and Darren then put our property back on the market. He advised us that he would have a four week marketing campaign, then go auction at the conclusion of that period. On the auction day, after conferring with Darren and the Auctioneer we then agreed to a reserve price. The auction proceeded in a very professional manner by Darren and his team, which resulted in us exceeding the reserve price by $190,000. Also present on the day of the auction were various members of our families, plus friends and neighbors, who all stated to us that they were also very impressed by Darren and his team, and when it is time for them to sell their current properties that they ALL will be using Darren and his team of their sale. We can not recommend Darren more highly in his professional approach, honesty, reliability and advise that he provided to us during this whole period of time. It was a very stressful time to us both, but if it wasn't for Darren's assistance throughout, we would have withdrawn our house from the market and not proceeded to reaching our desire to have a new home in the latter stage of our lives.
